Max: Hey. Kyouji.
Kyouji: What is it, Max?
Max: I've been wondering, why is it that whereas the HMS versions of Dragoon, Dranzer and Driger aren't too bad, my Draciel MS sucks so bad my old Draciel F could've taken it out?
Kyouji: But didn't you just win that last battle? I doubt any of your older blades could've beat that same opponent.
Max: You're right! What was I-HEY! HOLD ON A MINUTE! The scriptwriters rigged that battle, didn't they?!
Kyouji: Scriptwriters?
Max: YEAH! YOU HEARD ME! AND I BET YOU WERE IN ON IT AS WELL!
Kyouji: Scriptwriters?
Max: IT'S BAD ENOUGH THAT YOU GAVE ME SUCH A CRAPPY BLADE! IT'S WORSE THAT THE ONLY REASON I WON THAT BATTLE WAS BECAUSE THE SCRIPTWRITERS RIGGED IT!
-Takao, Kai, Rei and Hiromi walk into the hallway-
Takao: What the hell is Max yelling about?
Kyouji: Something about scriptwriters rigging his battles.
Takao: Shouldn't that be Aoki Takao rigging his battles?
Kyouji, Kai, Rei and Hiromi: Aoki Takao?
Takao: You know, the guy who created us.
Rei: Takao, are you feeling alright?
Takao: Yes. I'm feeling alright.
Kai: This Aoki Takao thing sounds like simple carp to me. Aoki-Takao.
Max: GODDAMNIT AOKI! I DON'T WANT MY BLADES TO SUCK AND MY BATTLES TO BE RIGGED!

I think those two haven't been getting enough sleep.Rei: Surprising. For once, you're one of the saner members of the group.
Hiromi: WHAT WAS THAT?!
Rei: I just remembered. They've got a sale today. 20% off on all items.
Hiromi: REALLY! *runs off*
Takao: *bashes the wall with a giant mallet*
Kai: TAKAO! WHAT IN THE NAME OF GOD DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!
Rei: And where'd you get that mallet from anyway?
Takao: I'm trying to break through the fourth wall so that I can contact Aoki. As for where I got the mallet; I got that from Hammerspace.
Rei: Hammerspace?
Kyouji: I think he's referring to that hardware shop 2 blocks away.
Rei: I didn't know they sold stuff like that there.
Kai: YAY! MALLETS! *runs off*
Rei and Kyouji: That. . Was unexpected. .

Max: GRRR! I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE! *runs off*
Kyouji: Think I should go after him?
-insert sound of car brakes locking up-
[OH MY GOD! THAT KID GOT HIT!]

Rei: Nah. He'll be fine.
