and also you can only have beybattles at wbo official tourneys
so if you live near one you can and if you dont try to gather bladers in your area to host one your self

there's a thread for that, so just check on that.
Although there's also a usermap to search for other beybladers in your area.
And pretty much anyone can organise a tournament if you're organised enough, so if no one is hosting one, try hosting one yourself.

You should check the WBO rules, as well for lognor you can put a thread on WBO Events about looking bladers
