Regardless, this wobbling isn't going to harm your layer by any significant amount, there's really not enough space to gain momentum to deal any real damage. Even on a tighter driver the disks are still usually able to find just a tiny space to wobble anyways no matter what you're putting together so the wobbling exists on basically everything unless the disk is pressed up snugly against the bottom of the layer. The bigger concern is that wobbly disks will decrease Stamina a little, but still not enough to be particularly notable outside of the most competitive matches. Really it's a very mild issue, and not a cause for serious concern. It could even be a mild boon for Defense, as more momentum from a hit goes into making the disk shake instead of knocking you towards a pocket.
