By the way, until more precise information is found about BB-82 Random Booster Vol. 5, such as the name of the special Beyblade, I do not think it should be posted. RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Orange - SaMaster14 - Jun. 10, 2010 Sounds cool.. the orange should look could with R145 and the Giraffe clear wheel Oh, and do we have any info at all about BB-81 and/or BB-82? I know you said nothing about the special blade... but what about the common blades in the RB? RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Orange - CubicRune - Jun. 10, 2010 do u have a picture of it? RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Orange - theflightyellz - Jun. 10, 2010 If there was a picture, it would have been posted. Closed until more information appears. For BB-82, obviously nothing is known at all. Usually we know the special Beyblade before any of the others in the Random Booster. RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. I've never seen "partial" metal faces. Would that have an effect on a beyblade's performance? RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Orange - XDBeyblade - Jul. 15, 2010 So can the parts be removed and changed? Nevermind I understand now. RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Orange - Pimpju - Jul. 15, 2010 yes they can. RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Orange - Kai-V - Jul. 18, 2010 Ah, so there are official names for the different "modes" of the Metal Faces as well as official names for the parts : Heavy - Metal Core + Metal Plate Middle - Metal Core + Clear Plate Light - Clear Core + Metal Plate Feather - Clear Core + Clear Plate Riumama also posted the weights : Metal Plate : 2.7 grams. Metal Core : 2.6 grams. Clear Plate : 0.5 grams. Clear Core : 0.7 grams. RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Orange - OkiBlaze - Jul. 18, 2010 So the Feather face about the same weight a regular face? RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Orange - Serotonin - Jul. 18, 2010 Metal Plate + Metal Core = 5.3g Regular Metal Face = 4.7g Interesting. Incidentally, Light (0.7g + 2.7g) is heavier than Middle (2.6g + 0.5g) ... ? RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Orange - Diamond - Jul. 18, 2010 Hmm, should we still follow Takara Tomy's names for those modes even when the Light Mode (Metal Plate + Clear Core) is actually heavier than the Middle Mode (Metal Core + Clear Plate)? :\ EDIT: Beaten, sort of... RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Orange - Pimpju - Jul. 18, 2010 Wow, it's 0.6G heavier (Heavy) than the old MF. I guess this will be the new staple in defence combos. RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Orange - Kai-V - Jul. 18, 2010 If we can remember what Counter and Defense mode are on Gravity Perseus, as well as Rush, Rage, Multi-Hit and Upper modes are on Lightning L Drago, it should be easy to remember these modes. I would just memorise to start figuring out from the centre. RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Orange - Pimpju - Jul. 18, 2010 I guess this also means a lot more testing for attack beys on which type of MF is best suited to it. RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Orange - Diamond - Jul. 18, 2010 These new modes are pretty easy to remember but can we just refer them to H-MF, M-MF, L-MF and F-MF? Also, if Light Mode is heavier than Middle Mode, would the naming system still be 'accurate'? :\ RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Orange - Kai-V - Jul. 18, 2010 Just learn the name of the modes and who cares hah. Only a 0.3 grams difference should not make it "totally inaccurate" or something. "Middle", since there are four modes, can be either the second or the third heaviest, hah. RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Orange - Aqua - Jul. 18, 2010 This is an interesting release. MF2 definitely opens up more options for customization. MF-H has now basically outclassed MF for defense combos. RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Anyway, learned the names, hah: MC + MP= HMF MC + CP =MMF CC + MP =LMF CC + CP =FMF RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Orange - Kai-V - Jul. 18, 2010 Also, Middle is slightly more in the middle of the two extreme weights than Light is. RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Orange - Daegor42 - Jul. 18, 2010 Well, I guess I'm picking these up when they get released now. RE: BB-85 Metal Face Remodeling Ver. Orange - Kei - Jul. 18, 2010 They're quite ugly, but they'll also be quite useful. I would have never thought of having customizable Faces! Haha. I also think the new Tool design is nice! |
