there are different translations, some of which can drastically change the meaning of a passage. overall they're all pretty similar, though
and, no, mohammed is never mentioned (to my knowledge and i've read most of it). the only arab roots are in genesis pertaining to ishmael and his departure, and how god will look kindly upon his people

the bible was written at many different times and compiled throughout history
so while mohammed was muuuuch later it's not all that improbable

Does anyone else on this forum go to York University in Toronto? I do and after two months of strike here, there finally seems to be progress in the negotiations. I might actually get to go back to class (never thought I would actually say this) God damn unions!

I was going to buy a euro minibike today to race at the track today, but the auction went up to $270.
Despite being that price, I let it go because it's scratched on one side and I could get the same model for $300 + shipping.

Its 3:35am where I am. I go back to school today so I need as much sleep as I can get but I havent been able to sleep at all because for some reason Im incredibly hungry. Like so hungry its painful and I dunno why. And I have to get up in like two hours AND I have horrible lessons today. Its gonna be some miserable day today.

But its cold and dark and if I woke my parents up then theyd tell me off for eating in the middle of the night. Plus Im pretty sure we have little or no food in the house.

Monster is this crazy energy drink that's similar to soda that tickles your tongue when you drink it
It gives you an insane burst of energy (though mine was delayed, and the energy was nonstop because it was my first time having Monster)
It works better than a cup of coffee IMO, but to be fair, monster is about the size of a soda can and a half
Also, I'm sorry for your dilemma, I hate the feeling when you're hungry but theres no real food in the house D:
