And Wakiya has a new attire just like in Sparking which could mean that he'll get a DB Wyvern evolution since old characters with new attires tend to get new evolutions.

Bell goes in front of Basara and says he invites him on a trip. He takes Basara outside and there is a massive Blimp. Valt  appears and introduces himself. He then says that the Blimp will be the official location of the Dynamite Battle Tour. They will go to various locations and fight. Bell quickly goes to board it, looking forward to the fame he could get by recording on the Blimp. Valt says that Bell suggested this for Basara to cheer him up, and it makes Basara feel better. Everyone gets on the Blimp, including 3 new faces: Rashad, Lui, and Shu. Lui and Shu are fairly well known bladers, but Rashad is not. He says he's a BC Sol Pro, so the gang respects him, however Bell thinks he suspicous.

Bell goes on a recon mission into his dorm and discovers he has a red Savior Valkyrie, which he remembers Valt having. Rashad appears and says he chose a Valkyrie since it's the storngest bey, so it will help him surpass Valt. Bell says having a "strong" bey won't help him, and he needs to actually be a skilled blader. Rashad takes this as an insult and decides he will prove to him that the Valkyrie will help him be stronger than Valt. He challenges Valt for a Practice Battle, and Valt notes he looks angrier than normal. After sine fierce clashes, Valt's Valkyrie bursts Rashads. Rashad storms away angrily, however Bell is inspired and makes the V Gear. Suddenly, a man appears: It's Wakiya. He's the official WBBA Chairman, and says the Dynamite Battle Tour will officially be starting.

Everyone looks down and sees that they have arrived at Beigoma Academy, a school with a famous Beyblade Club.  Everyone hops down to the roof where they meet Fubuki. He quickly introduces the current Beigoma Academy Beyclub, and the area they will be fighting in the Tour. Everyone is pumped, and Shu goes to practice immediately. The gang is curious so they go over to him and sees that he has a new bey, a DB Spriggan. Fubuki comes to chat with Shu before leaving with the Beyclub. Wakiya announces a mini Tournament, and the winner gets 1 point. The first match is Rashad vs Bell. Rashad is angry due to being proven wrong and wants to get back at Bell.

He uses Savior Valkyrie's jumping feature to overcome the V Gear's speed, and bursts Belial. Bell walks away, sad. However Shu comes over to give him advice. He says having proper stability will let Belial be able to make precise maneuvers, so he can counter Savior's speed. Bell thanks him and immediately runs off into the school. He finds a 3D printer and prints the S Gear, and large disc attachment. It balances weight distribution will also providing some defense. Bell returns to see Ranzo and Basara have lost, and it's the semi finals. Valt is facing Free, and Lui is facing Shu.
