Valt vs Aiga in ep 51 doesn’t use a rail stadium just because the writers wanted a standard 1v1. There’s no strategic difference that’s we know of.

Valt vs Aiga in ep 51 doesn’t use a rail stadium just because the writers wanted a standard 1v1. There’s no strategic difference that’s we know of.

They also don't use one in the manga. Actually, the manga has no gimmicky stadiums. They just went form the product Stadium, to the standard anime one.

Now I want to broach a topic, this isn't meant to start a war, but to have a good honest discussion. I started with MFB, but to me the only truly stellar season was Masters. Fusion was ok and so was Fury. Zero-G I didn't care for much. What are your thoughts on this? I understand that MFB is near and dear to a lot of people, but without the rose-tinted glasses, what are your thoughts on this?

Fusion was pretty cool, nothing incredible but fun and a good start, while establishing characters, arcs, and some nice growth. Masters is phenomenal, no questions asked. The character work in it is amazing. I wouldn't say Fury was as good as Masters on a writing level alone, but the sheer spectacle of it probably could only be rivaled by G Revolution. The thing is that it was just a generic "Alien tries to invade earth, gather up the chosen warriors, beat it" story, so it didn't really need a carp ton of development. Don't get me wrong they integrated Nemesis into the lore and everything, but you don't really need to drastically change those narratives, they're super simple. But at the same time, I feel like it was executed incredibly well. Just everything about it was done almost perfectly to be honest, just an insanely solid season.
Oh yeah, forgot Zero G. I've probably said it jokingly, but I don't genuinely disconnect it from MFB. The writing of the series though was different. I wouldn't say it was bad just not very much I guess. Like it was just kind of a plain story, with no real extra plot points that contributed towards anything. It's certainty not as bad as others say for me, I have a lot of fun while watching it. But I wouldn't say it's on the predetermined "average" level most series are at, more like a completely different ranking system to be honest.

For me everything was amazing and it really helped me to get back into the feel of beyblade.

I think you’ve misunderstood fury. There’s no aliens in fury in fact the only thing that comes from space is the star fragments. Rago and nemesis and everyone else aren’t aliens.

Essentially the same thing though, doesn’t exactly have to be that. Big bad appears out of nowhere and the strongest people go stop it.

Tsubasa, Yu, and Masamune played a pretty big part. Also what exactly is the problem with the big bad appearing it of nowhere and the strangest people go to fight it? I mean if there’s a global threat isn’t that what you would do?

fusion was a good start,  metal masters is the best out of all mfb imo.  metal fury was cool but I'm not going to lie it never hype up as metal master I even sometimes didn't care about some of fury episodes at all cause it didn't interest me really.  metal master is my season when it comes to mfb

Master Masters was the best season for me in MFB.  Fury was the second best for me and Fusion was the 3rd best. Zero g was nothing to me. So my ranking 1.Masters 2.Fury 3. Fusion 4. Zero G. I agree with your thughts.

To me, Masters was indeed the best season of MFB. Fury comes next, though my favorite part was Kenta's journey with Ryuga. I personally found it more interesting than Nemesis and Rago tbh. Fusion was not bad either. Zero-G is something I've given up on, I found the first few eps too boring. I might get into it later on though. So, rankings:
1. Masters
2. Fury
3. Fusion
4. Zero-G

The First season of Metal Fight was my absolute favorite. There was a broader scope to atmosphere of this series (esp. in the initial arc) and everyone introduced mattered. Of course, the icing of the cake was the entirety Battle Bladers. I love how the group were all doing their own thing to get in the rankings and qualify before we finally get to the major tournament where everything came to head. I also like how Ryuuga was a powerful (even downright intimidating) nemesis but he never once felt disgusting overpowered.

I also like how the outright animosity between him and Ginga mellows into a fierce rivalry and begrudging (Explosion) and by the time we get to 4D, eventual outright respect for one another as the series went on.

After that is 4D/Metal Fury is next as it was a return to form for the series after that mess that was Explosion/Metal Masters. But it took me a while to finish watching the series since I was admittedly burned out from Explosion. 4D was just great all around. esp. if you liked Ryuuga as dude got some real on screen development. Kenta? Yeah, I understand why they did what they did with him and DID NOT LIKE how he got put on the bus in Explosion but I appreciated him far more in Season 1.

Explosion/Metal Masters touched upon everything I dislike about world tournament anime arcs. The MC team MUST win no matter how much of a cop-out said win is. They feel compelled to introduce teams that HAVE to be such heels just to root for the MC team or even baffling enough create such heel teams and then in the midst of the throwdown add in carp to make us feel bad for them after the carp they pulled beforehand are you serious? (Looking at YOU Team Brazil!)
Wasn't big on the climax either.

Honestly, the whole season felt like a 50+ episode prequel to 4D/Metal Fury which was 30 or so episodes longer than it should have been! Series had its moments though and from what little I saw of the manga version of this arc was pretty much what I wish we got. Oh, and Masamune was anime Daichi done right.

Not gonna lie. I have not watched Zero-G nor felt compelled to do so. maybe I should someday. But sub. The Metal series dub was the worst.

Metal series as a whole is one of favorites.

All that i've gathered from this is that you have no idea what I'm talking about. It literally just is the same story that others have done, global threat suddenly appears, the strongest people gather up and stop him.

Metal Masters is the best season, but Metal Fury was insanely good. Metal Fusion was ok, but overall I would say that (not including DB) that burst is worse than MFB (in my opinion not trying to start a huge war)

But the plot was interesting, though it was supernatural.

Metal Masters is the best season, but Metal Fury was insanely good. Metal Fusion was ok, but overall I would say that (not including DB) that burst is worse than MFB (in my opinion not trying to start a huge war)

The point of the question wasn't to compare Burst and MFB. Just to have a discussion about each of the MFB seasons. I prefer Burst but I didn't bring that up in the question because comparing the saga's wasn't the point of it.

Which is good but then you brought Burst into the discussion and compared it to MFB which wasn't really the point of the question.
