I like the battles to a degree, but people mainly dislike them since it's the legends losing. Like I get it, I wouldn't completely like the favorites losing, but it's still the point of the series, not much else to it.

The episode title's name was open to interpretation, hence to be Challenge Valt, not Defeat Valt.

The goal is to defeat Valt, that doesn't mean it will 100% happen.
