well In total I have spent like $60 dollars on these things.
Its addicting..in a good way though.the game rocks..thing is you need someone to play with.the new rules make it so there are not a bunch of gate cards on the feild and a battle will never happen.so with the new rules only 2 gates can be on the feild at a time makes it easier.

Dragonsclaw I am a 12 yr old kid just started high skool who plays bakugan yugioh pokemon and beyblades I got rejected by other guys, so I just found a gruop that suited me well i have two gruops that suit me Raykons gruop and H@D3Ns gruop and dont pay any attention to kids who think your weird
I have know idae what the old rules are but the new ones seem good

the old ones were ****.It had no limit on gate cards on the feild.the rule back had the attributes WRONG.they started say Nova 12,Zephyroz,Luminoz.They had something called stay when you have no bakugan to roll.You get to keep the gate card and the bakugan thats on it.and some other carp.
But the news one=GREAT

Its a really good Anime but its basically to me taking the miky out of Pokemon ect...... Ok, the balls is copying Pokemon the cards is copying Yu-Gi-Yo and its copying beyblade a bit. So people we have to put beyblade back into action and take over again.
You have to remember back in the days eg 2000, 2002 ect... Beyblade was like the best Anime in town, everyone played it! But now its Bakugan. Dont think that I'm hating on Bakugan but you have to admit, I have gt a point.
People are forgeting beyblade, but there are thousands of people that still remember it but dont like it anymore. I know someone who quit beyblade, but with our help he came back to it, so we are making progress! Lets be the best Anime we can!!!!!!! Who agree's with me?!?

i completely agree! i mean Bakugan isn't that bad but i definitely prefer Beyblade over it any day!
i've never forgot about Beyblade after it ended, and if we can get as many kids back into it as we can, we can revive it before Metal Fusion is released. and hopefully, if there is a large demand for them, Hasbro just may release them before fall of next year.

I would try to look at these animes or merchandise from a bystanders point of view. Personally, I think beyblades are a superior product. Here's why:
Working in a toy store last holiday season, I had plenty of parents/grand parents ask me what exactly they were buying for there kids ALL the time. I've never picked up a beyblade in my life but I can look at one and tell you exactly how it's used and how their kids play with it. The toy itself is pretty straight forward. It's essentially a spinning top with a gimmick.
When it came to questions regarding Bakugan I always drew a blank. With someone of no prior knowledge of the show it's near impossible to glance at the product and wonder what exactly you DO with it. Is this a single toy you bang against eachother? Do you launch these at eachother? Granted, it's not the most complicated product out there, but it's not the easiest either.
As a consumer/child if you had to pick between the two at first glace, which would you chose? The toy that's easiest to understand and more accessible. The idea behind Beyblades is pretty ingenius, they're just marketing a flashy product that's been around forever and made a game out of it. Without fail my simple answer to the question what's a beyblade is a top. Is there a simple answer to what's a bakugan without ripping out a manual?

dude, i like so totally hate this bakugan thing right now.
i thought it looked kinda cool so i watched an episode of he anime, and i been thinking of billing the creators for a refund on the 30 minutes i wasted. its soooo rushed. did anyone else notice that their hair overlapse in the middle of their head on all the main characters? whats that about?

I watched the anime for a while but I didn't want to buy the toys. After a while I stopped watching cause after a while it just got boring. Also beyblade beats this handsdown cause the anime for beyblade never got boring in my opinion and the anime is the main thing that made kids like beyblade and also beyblade can be played own your own unlike bakugan. I don't exactly hate bakugan but I don't like it either. Hopefully bakugan will just fade out like battle b-daman.

im not too sure about it.i mean, ive only watched a few eps of it, and werent that bad, i wouldnt say its amazing, it gets easily pwnd by beyblade or yugioh but its not bad, it is alot of copying going on there, and as for the rl life game i bave 6 from first series, i got for christmas, and a few cards, i read te rules...but i never played so im afraid i cant comment.
but, im sure it as nothing on MFB

Is this really that big anymore? I don't even remember seeing these in Toys'R'us when I was looking to see if they still had Beyblades and I haven't heard a thing for this for a while now.
Edit: It is still a bit more popular than MFB at the moment but that is only because MFB is not out everywhere in the world yet. As soon as it does come out kids will be saying that Bakugan sucked.
