If you lose twice, you're out of the competition.
What will happen is that at first people will be paired off and battle each other, the winners will advance to the next round, while the losers will pair off and battle each other, the losers of that are disqualified and the winners advance again in the "loser's section". In the next round of the winner's section, the same concept applies with the losers of the "winner's section" facing off against the loser's section.
It's a bit odd, but don't worry I can handle it.

He has to if he wants to join the actual tournament.
All he needs to do is spend like 5 minutes creating a WBO account here, I don't see the problem.
Just txt him to register on this forum, otherwise it will screw up the beypoint system and none of the battles will be recorded.
