King is the leader of the Zooganic team, the second member of the team is Toguro Okunaga (he owns ViperTail).

To clear the confusion, there's supposedly 2 new bladers this chapter- King, the owner of Leon Claw, and Toguro Okunaga, owner of Viper Tail (the prize of the short rb). They're on the same team together, team Zooganic.

Kings design feels like a mixture of tithi and ghasem to me. Toguro feels like a more tame tetsuya.

(For the record I don't think it's a bad thing they look similar I'm just saying that's what they remind me of)
