I would personally forget Diablo Nemesis, for certain, and if you really want only one of the three, Hell Kerbecs is probably the least expensive and BD145 is very useful.

Our Authorized Beyblade Dealer, dimsum2u, has the cheapest prices on the net and he also has a few rare Beyblades, so you should definitely check his topics in the Authorized Beyblade Dealers section/sub-forum.

However, to really give you a list of some suggestions, you would need to tell us if he is the sort of kid who will actually play with those rare, often painted Beyblades so that we need to recommend him some that have good parts and that do not only look good, or if he is likely to admire their beauty and not really play with them since they are rare and that battles would scratch their paint.
