edit:- I'm still not sure if those beys will be from Takara or Hasbro, but I will try asking them about it, as they rereleased those Steel Slogan with Takara Tomy logo , so seems like there are chances they can bring TT burst in India

For us, in France, is in two weeks ! xD

There are never specific months with Hasbro. It varies even between regions of a same country.

Hasbro said the avatar attack is releasing on August 1st, odd, they gave a specific date... They did say the retailer will get it around there, so I just proved you wrong. I might have miss heard zankye's stream.

I did hear that August 1st date, but I can bet that some stores will have those items in stock several days earlier than that. You just cannot rely on dates for North American shops.

That's why I asked for a month and not a date, though I do agree that say maybe Toys R Us will sell it in September. Not actually confirmed.

Why are they so cheap already?

Well, they are cheaply made to begin with...

I read somewhere, maybe even here I can't remember, but those double packs are a promo to boost sales and get the "burst" product out in the US.  The only place I have seen them in a store is at Target, not Walmart or ToysRUs, and I have seen them on Amazon.

RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Angry Face - Feb. 23, 2017

The TRU in my area actually has those 2-packs. With the BOGO 50%-off sale they had this past weekend, I was able to get two of them for some kids I know for $15. I so wish there was just one with Roktavor R2 and Valtryek V2, but they don't make one with those two.

Same here in Austin Texas, but my parents wouldn't take me, and I also want a Valtryek and Roktavor pack... Well I might be able to get one this weekend, wish me luck and may the blader spirit be with you all.

RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Bl4ck-Ou7 - Mar. 01, 2017

I didn't see it here, but I found it, and I think interessant to this http://www.hasbro.com/common/documents/d83b87d6e2ab4791a7be48878ece4410/843B732650569047F574B4CBA30D0750.pdf
We have the parts of Hasbro's Beyblades... There is no sign of Acid Anubis (Anubion), Chaos, Lost Longinus (Luinor), Mad Minoboros, Psychic Phantom (Phantazus) and Trident for the Layers, then they will be probably released in 2018 (or earlier in winter).

No sign of Trans, Gyro, Orbit, Spiral and Yielding for the Drivers...
And following their scheme D17, D18, D22 and D23 are missing on the list (for Takara Tomy, Nine, Polish, Yell)
I noticed that they have 24 disks, or Takara only released 22, so we can add Amaterios and Baldur in that list of upcoming Beyblades! (Maybe not as boosters or starters, but they counted it in their scheme) ^^

RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Kai-V - Mar. 01, 2017

Hahahah oh their god why the hell do they think it is acceptable to have to provide this "translation" guide... Thank you for sharing this document, but come on, there is clearly no reason that Beyblades should have different names based on whether they are in the show or that you are talking about the product in real life... Either the anime should have used the product names if it was really a matter of copyright issues, or the products should have used better strategies for the names. It almost looks, at this point, like they kept the names short just so there would be less information on the packaging, confusing the whole crowd doing so...
