If you wanted InfiniteLibra to do it, then you should have specified it when you requested it. And anyways, I see no difference between my Umbreon and InfiniteLibra's besides that his is more grayish, his borders are un-recolored, and he's using an older generation sprite than I am. Basically, it's just rude to first not specify who you want to make it, and then tell the person who took the time (however short it may be) to do it that you didn't want him/her to do it.

I don't do spriting or anything but in my opinion it looks brilliant. The shading looks Ok. If you were to fix it up it would be fine as well.

When making light colors, you should change the black to a darker tone of the color. That's why it looks bad, IMO. Like my avatar, you see that the yellow and white-blue don't have black outline.

If you wanted InfiniteLibra to do it, then you should have specified it when you requested it. Well, if I wanted to be a critic(although I have been so far, and I apologize if I was rude. I tend to forget that I'm talking to a person when I get angry. Although I guess that isn't a sensible or reasonable excuse), you still have one or two unrecolored borders, but on the whole, it's a lot better
