Quantum is going to be a Generate-esque driver. Generate is overall better than Bullet. Having the Bullet gimmick one time doesn't make it its signature ability

A Disk+Driver Fusion that supports low mode! The overall structure of the driver is similar to that of the Shot Driver but with the metal piece from Generate. The gimmick of the driver is that on a strong shoot, a metal sharp tip is retracted into the driver and initiates Attack Mode but when the combo using Quantum slows down, the metal sharp comes back out and changes into Stamina Mode

Rashad is leaving to create a New Raphael evolution yes and after the season, we won't be seeing him for a while until he eventually comes next season
