The friction of the rubber on stadium makes it have a good grip on the stadium. And it also moves around A LOT. Which makes it harder for that attack beyblade to hit the defense combo.

R2F is goof for Defense but that's just a waste of money of worning it out for like 2 months then making it a RB.
So RF is better for Defense.

Yeah, some of the parts are put into some top tier combos. But none of the top tier blades are destabilizers.

If you have Aquario or Bull, put Aquario on the defense combo and Bull on the stamina. And please buy MF and MF Custom.

well you have alot of good attack opions but defence would be

thermal/dark bull d125 cs if you dont have cs use b you really need an earth/basalt/libra gb145/bd145 rs/rsf/cs if you dont have cs

Actually DS has proven to be mediocre for stamina, and the idea of Hyper for stamina is stupid.

Metal Face doesn't do well on stamina because it doesn't add weight.
