You really should, especially since we need to know how many Revisers you have! Guardian Reviser by itself is a terrible Chrome Wheel/Crystal Wheel combo for the meta.

If you have two Revizers, you should synchrom them and put it on BD145CS.

GB145 and BS are horrid stamina parts. Use a stock Cyber Pegasus for Attack or Thermal Pegasis 105HF as a destabilizer. And, yeah, you need a lot of new stuff.
