SpAttack= Celestial tower, litwick (1 SpA)
Speed= any lake top, Basculin (Spd 2)
Atk route 1= Lillipup/Patrat (1 Atk)
This is all i know, hope it helps.

This is because B/W now can use DSi settings (Thats WPA and WEP security).
The others can only use the standard DS settings (Thats WEP only)
Most wireless networks these days are WPA, so thats the answer.
