Your first pic is definitely Impact', not Hold'.

The latter image is a fake all-gold Cho-Z Valkyrie 6 Evolution. Guess they were too lazy to make Zenith.

Bit late of a reply but yes that looks legit. Seller seems legit if not totally beyblade focused. They seem to sell everything Takara Tomy. But I would call this one probably legit.
