I'm kinda scared.
You see, I have never been too good with brushing my teeth, yet I always fear for diseases and rot.
Today, I noticed something dangling from my gum. I thought it was a baby tooth coming out. I ripped it out, and it was kinda pale and fleshy. seemed like a part of my gum.
My mom says it's probably gingivitis. I really hope I don't have gum disease, I'm pretty scared about it.
Guess this is what I get for not brushing my teeth too much, or flossing.

I might have plans for spring break after all. I spent the night at a friends hous the other day. Today I went to a video game swap meet and to the arcade. Tommorow I'm going bowling. And later this week I'm going to a amuesment park with my friend.

Well, I have a crest white strip on my teeth now. It makes me sound like I'm mentally challenged. I can't even talk right. But they ARE supposed to help in tooth cleaning. I also used a water pick and rinsed my mouth with mouthwash, as well as brushing. If I can keep this up, I may just save myself.

Something similar happened to me before actually haha. I was texting my friend (who is 2 years older than me) about 2 yrs ago, so i ask what he's doing and I find out it's his girlfriend and they're in the middle of...well...you know. I swear I felt my face turn red lmao.

trust me start brushing atleast twice or you'll regret it in a few years
i personally brush atleast 3 times per day (morning, in shower, before i sleep)..sometimes i brush a few more times after meals too
