heavy is bad for stamina, bull is considered better because of its weight distribution

But Kerbecs is also known for its weight distribution, that's one of the main reasons why it is top-tier for stamina and defense.

Which Cyber Pegasus? The Legend one, right? I'll assume its the Legend one.
Attack: Meteo L Drago 105/LW105LF (ok, get Storm Pegasus, Lightning L Drago and a Metal Face and make MF Lightning L Drago 100RF.)
Defense: Hell Kerbecs BD145WB (good, get RS/RSF/CS and a Metal Face to make it even better)
Stamina: Hell Kerbecs BD145WD (boost mode) (excellent, should be top tier)

pokeblader- Meteo L Drago CH120RF is also a decent attack type with Lightning L drago (you mention 2 storm Pegasus 105 RF so two great combos with it...
As for Defense, Gravity Perseus BD145WD (boost mode of track) is the best!
Stamina will be Hell Kerbecs BD145DS(no need for it to be customized!)
