You're not entitled to the name, other people are allowed to use it as it's just a name. If the full name is the same then yeah that would be a problem but if it's just the first name then it's fine.

*they going into Gwyns lab and start making the bey*
Gwyn: *starts seeing equations everywhere* Incredible.... ive never seen this much power in a bey before....
