Honestly, I would've agreed while I was listening to it for the first time. After listening to it a couple more times though, I think it's pretty good.

Yeah, definitely.
I personally don't enjoy the instrumental of Ghost as much as I do Blue Lagoon's or Jesus'.

The video was not that good (except for the cool 360 camera shot that they kept repeating). I enjoyed the song though, but it is nowhere near as good as Ghost and Jesus.

keep in mind gackt didn't write this song and i'm pretty sure his band didn't perform it (though i can't be sure on the second part)
the song is fine as far as this type of stuff goes. i loved the video but that's because i'm a kamen rider nerd and i really hope gackt is a villian in Decade

He didn't? I wasn't aware of that haha. It does sound different from his compositions though, but it fits well for Kamen Rider.
I really hope Gackt at least makes a cameo in Decade, but if he is some sort of main villain, that would be amazing.
Edit: Is that Gladiator OST download the full version of the songs?

There's a magazine called Koakuma Ageha that's really popular with Japanese hostesses, many of the models for it have worked in that industry/are currently working in it. I'm thinking he's referencing that.
