I'd say Boca or Fort Lauderdale, those two seem to be at about an average amount of distance from everyone.
As for food, I might be able to help, but I'm not sure yet.

If you want cheap you should order your beys from toywiz.com or if you like ebay order from cooldeals365 or toynk they ship from the us and it odnt take long to get here
