EDIT: If I'm not mistaken, it seems like Takara Tomy is aiming for 'Spin-Steal' with the rubber on the new L Drago Clear Wheel, but I don't think it will work too well, hah...

I really hope this has two modes like Lightning Ldrago, because Meteo looks like it might have some attack potential.
I don't think that spin stealing ability will work though... :\

Rubber DOES have a lot of friction, so it might work, unless there is too much protrusion.
EDIT: Look at the bottom. Am I seeing that correctly?
Something as wide as WF or XF?
EDIT 2: I actually might think this might be another bearing bottom, if TT wants to bring in a zombie.

I don't think it will have the mode changing ability as LL Drago because if you look closely at the top part of the Dragon Head on the CW, it wouldn't match the Jaw on the MW. It'll be interesting to see; apparently, the red outer parts on the CW are rubber (I know a lot of you know that by now), and the scans say you can use your hand to spin spin it left to steal spin.
Edit: Sorry for my speculating. Hm. Perhaps the spin stealing feature was added so that M L Drago as an Attack type would have higher Stamina.

It is unknown to me whether those two Clear Wheels will only be available in that Ultimate Reshuffle Set however.

To be honest, I feel that Meteo L Drago will have lost its Mode Changing function from its predecessor. In MFB: Explosion, they released Gravity Perseus as the Mode Changer of the series, so I think they wanted to try something new with L Drago instead. It's the Jaws on the Metal Wheel that's causing me to think that the Mode Change is gone on this Bey.
* I just read your article on the Ultimate Reshuffle Set L Drago Ver. You may be right about Mode Changing after all. We just have to test and see when this become available. Again, sorry for more speculation.

In my opinion, i don't think l Meteo L drago will lose the changing mode function. It will have it. If you check it, the portrusions in the clear wheel along with the rubber seem to adapt to the metal wheel, if it where to be turned 180. Plus why would they add the other 3 golden colored blades if it where not to change mode? I would doubt it would be for aesthetics.
From the pictures (sorry if this is speculation), looks like on of the modes, the one shown in the earliest scans, will have some smash attack, plus using the rubber on the cw, and l drago being left spin, against right spin blades it may work as a destabilizer because of the overpower. Unless it has zombie potential, then we just have to wait for a GOOD bearing tip to be released.

There will be a Dark Flare Version of Meteo L Drago, essentially a black version of Meteo L Drago. I think only one-hundred will be made, however I did not see exactly how it could be obtained.
