Stamina: Earth Bull 145HF/S (S mode) (bad, S sucks, though you just need WD/SD to make it top tier)

There is no "strongest" beyblade.
There are top-tiers that change every once in a while.

@X1 - mf is only used for attack and defence not for stamina as their is increase in weight
