I would say both are real. I've bought lots of stuff from both sellers, everything they have sold me has turned out to be legit.

As a person that's new to beyblading, I was wondering what should I first start off with buying?

I see beyblades at my local target and Toy R Us stores all the time but I never realized how much customization there was to it and never knew of the competitive play involved as well. (only thing we have right now are the metal fusion series.)

Really interested in starting beyblading but I just need to know where to start and what to buy.

Well, the best uncustomized beys to have from Season 1 are- Earth Aquila 145WD and Lightning L Drago 100HF if you are a Hasbro blader. Otherwise, if you are buying heaps of beys, then these 2 should be in your list, plus a Storm Pegasus for RF, Dark Gasher for CH120, Earth Virgo for GB145, etc.
