Looked it up - its the face bolt which is made of metal adding weight instead of the plastic ones.

There are no competitive balance combo's at the movement so i'll go with the some combo's i think might work
MF flame gasher 100/ch120 f (destablizers are a type of balance)
MF flame aquario 145 HF/s (maybe good)
