it starts with Bell having Basara record him at Bell's large dining room. Basara scolds Bell for putting his bey too close to the camera, and then Bell's grandpa, Jinemon (Age 73), brings him his food. Bell combines it all into a giant disgusting burger. Basara and Hannah are surprised at how spoiled he is. Suddenly, Ransou enters the mansion looking for a fight. Bell and gang go too the control room, and Bell surprises him with a pair of giant hands. Bell tickles Ransouo, but Ransou fights at and accidentally makes Bell pants him. Bell and Ransou finally arrive at the stadium, ready too battle.

Glide charges at Belial and knocks it away, but it recovers unscathed. Bell powers up his resonance and Belial's avatar appears. Belial hits Glide with Dynamite Bomber, breaking it. Basara, Hannah, and Ransou are surprised. Ransou starts to cry, but Bell offers him to come with him. It's now late at night, and the gang is in Bell's room where he makes beys, with the blue prints for the Dynamite System on the wall. Bells helps Ransou make his new Beyblade. Ransou and Bell start too work together fine, but they end up getting into fights. Eventually, Cyclone Ragnaruk is completed. Bell is happy at the result, and Ransou asks him for another battle.

(fast forward) They both launch and Cyclone's wing's deploy. Both beys charge at each other and Cyclone knocks Belial away, Bell goes for Dynamite Bomber, and Ransou powers up his resonance. Cyclone's avatar appears, and Ransou uses Double Wing Cyclone, too deflect the attack and knock Belial out of the stadium. Ransou celebrates and mocks Bell, but Bell uses the opportunity too flatter himself, saying that the DB system is amazing, after all he made it. Bell then changes Belial's layer into High mode. The order of the layer form top to bottom is now Armor, Blade, Core.

They start another battle. Cyclone dashes and Belial and Ransou uses Double Wing Cyclone again, but Belial is able to steadily push back, unfazed. Belial hits the top of his layer, smashing Cyclone's layer into the ground. Ransou tries too resist, but Bell powers up his resonance, and Belial appears. They use a new special move, and downwards attack that bursts Cyclone. Bell brags, but Ransou compliments Bell and the DB system, since it makes Ragnaruk stronger than before. Bell is embarrassed and doesn't know how to react. Ransou calls him his Amigo, saying it means friends and they're friends now. Bell gets angry and says they're far from friends.
