RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - xVaretyr - Oct. 13, 2015 I'm currently assembly-ing my first plastic beyblade, a Driger S. And I can't finish it. Time to look up the beywiki. RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - Zoroaste - Oct. 13, 2015 I love that feeling, assembling a new bey. I loved it with b-daman and I love it now that I am getting into plastics. I dunno what it is, I guess it's a feeling of building something and also getting to look at each little part and see how it adds to the whole bey. Either way, can't wait to get more in the mail. It's super fun RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - xVaretyr - Oct. 13, 2015 Thanks Neo, but finally I already managed to assemble both Driger S and F. The Japanese manual was no help, lol. Had to experiment with S, but when I got it, assembling F was a breeze. ![]() It's really a nice feeling compared to assembling MFB beys, if that even counts as assembling. EDIT: Cool-looking springs on Driger F, I wonder what they do. Can't wait for the weekend to try these new babies. RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - Neo - Oct. 13, 2015 Oh, yeah. They're all like Model Kits. Amazing fun; something they don't provide today. RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - Meta madness - Oct. 13, 2015 Tempted on buying a griffolyon mostly for the base but poursomesugaronme says it has a lot of recoil... does it have any kind of long endurance then? Since i can't find much information on the base specifically. RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - Zoroaste - Oct. 13, 2015 It's just good for the AR I have heard. It's one of the better smash attack AR's. The base is just a regular semi flat base I think RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - Ultra - Oct. 13, 2015 (Oct. 13, 2015 8:26 PM)Meta madness Wrote: Tempted on buying a griffolyon mostly for the base but poursomesugaronme says it has a lot of recoil... There is a beywiki article on the beyblade that can tell you everything you want about the base. That should be your first port of call when looking for info. I know the base on both though it does seem to be a semi flat, it's just the shape of it is my primary concern as it looks as if it has massive recoil to go along with it. RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - xVaretyr - Oct. 16, 2015 Just had my first Plastics matches today! It's so refreshing. Although I'm having difficulties whenever the first bey I launch knocks itself out of the stadium (Dragoons and BK most especially). RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - Neo - Oct. 16, 2015 Launching can be difficult at first. Do you have any grips? Those are highly beneficial. RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - xVaretyr - Oct. 16, 2015 Sadly, I don't have. ![]() RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - ~Stoney~ - Oct. 16, 2015 Basically any grip is an improvement, because you just get a better hold of the launcher. Which one“s the best for you depends on what you want to improve the most. A Sniper Grip is supposed to help you aiming for the stadium, whereas a spring support should make the beyblade hit the stadium harder. Vou could also use a customize grip. This one is just a grip without any features at all first, but you can add several gimmicks later. Nevertheless, if your actual problem is missing the stadium or the bey bouncing out again right away, the sniper grip should be perfectly fine for you, also from a financial aspect (customize grips are rather expensive). RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - Neo - Oct. 17, 2015 But a Customize grip can be really rad. I use the rubber grip, rubber support, angle compass thing, and Roller Support. Also, are you using a Dragon Winder? Those are really necessary. RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - xVaretyr - Oct. 17, 2015 My actual problem is that they really spin wildly and out of the BB-10 even though I use a bank shot for the flower pattern. Okay, I think I'll get a sniper grip for this, which I never did for MFB. Yes, I've been using a dragon winder plus the rubber winder support. Really helps a lot. RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - Zoroaste - Oct. 17, 2015 This set would be a good way to get that green stadium, and then you could sell everything out of it that you don't need, possibly making you end up with the stadium for free www.ebay.com/itm/Beyblade-G-Revolution-G-Challenge-Set/121643072072?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid=222007&algo=SIC.MBE&ao=1&asc=33873&meid=00ff5a66df614747853f2faa7437a78e&pid=100005&rk=1&rkt=6&sd=141761937381 RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - xVaretyr - Oct. 17, 2015 Sono Kong though ![]() RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - Zoroaste - Oct. 17, 2015 Yeah, it is exactly the same as the TT one. Maybe a little cheaper plastic, not sure about that though, but it works great RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - xVaretyr - Oct. 17, 2015 I see, but I can get the A-5 for a cheaper price. I'll consider it. Thanks guys. RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - Neo - Oct. 18, 2015 The SK Tornado is fine. It is a bit fragile, though. But it's all good (: RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - *Ginga* - Nov. 07, 2015 Hey everybody! Just letting ya'll know I just found another limited color of Dragoon Grip Attacker : Clear with a Green Weight Disk. The link is here, which you can use to see the other images. Damn, that's a sexy BeyBlade. RE: [Plastics] :: Random Thoughts/Parts Discussion Thread - Ultra - Nov. 08, 2015 Sorry to burst your bubble but i've known about that for a while since it's been on YJA before. Shame that it's 64000 yen on amazon. Also it is on the recolors site: http://www.kcn.ne.jp/~kids/bb/bey/special-syoki.htm Anyway something I only noticed recently is that in Random Booster S and F the beyblades the colors are based on the colors of the bit beasts themselves. Felt really stupid when I realized since it's obvious if you think about it a bit. |
