Usually it's the Bit and maybe one sticker on the Dragon Head, and one on Grip Base.

The one I won in a lot the other day was just the bit - nothing else, this one was hardly used and looked after well.

Jumping Base was first released in the Number series, so his could be a Takara one, that doesn't have a Weight Disk or Attack Ring. Hasbro made it a full Beyblade by adding Tiger Defenser and such.
