actually Rago used the legendary bladers power ryuga used his own power.... anyway toughest would have to be kyoya he's never affectionate XD barely laughs unless he's laughing at his opponent and didn't shed a tear ever XD IIRC plus he doesn't get caught up in all of Gan-Gan galaxy's antics XD
