Yes it does.
It used to be pretty rare but now that the MFB DS game has been released, it's not really that rare anymore and the price will probably be dropping soon.
Though the orginal coloured Quetz is still quite rare.

I think the Quetz wheel is still the best for force smash actually.

He probably didn't even read the context of the question. Bey Brad at the time was talking about cheating with the Beypoint device to get the WBBA exclusive verison of quetz.
