By needles do you mean like the ones they use for shots or like any type like knitting needles.

climacophobia (fear of falling down stairs), I'm not sure what mine is, but this is the closest.
I've had nightmares about falling off the railing next to the top of the stairs, it's really sad that that is my worst fear. Also the nightmares have never been more than the first story.

I have a fear of relationships of any kind. In real life, I usually show a cold shoulder to people. I'm pretty much what you call a loner and I don't even know exactly where this is coming from :0 it has always been there.
I don't really have much other fears as I'm a relatively calm person that tries to keep a cool head in any kind of situation, I'm the last one who's going to run away screaming... I rather think, then take actions.
