There is many parts that can be used well in a Defense custom ... at least tell us what kind you want to make, plastic, HMS, or MFB?

edit: Aqua is too fast!

The Defense custom you listed is good. You do have some other options, but that one is the best.

As for the best Attack custom you could make out of those parts, try these:

AR: Jiraiya Blade (Jiraiya MS)
WD: Circle Wide
RC: Metal Change Core (Death Gargoyle MS)

Concept: Smash Attack

AR: Slash Upper (Slash Riger MS)
WD: CWD Defense Ring
RC: Metal Change Core

AR: Smash Leopard (Dark Leopard MS)
WD: Circle Heavy
RC: Metal Semi-Flat Core (Advance Averazer)
