The stats for all of them should be the same in the customizer ... they are all the same.

well when i switch the cores and locks on the customizer it changes the stats of the striker

Now that the tables are turned on Beyblade, as I predicted, everyone is scrambling to say how this is unfair to Beyblade ... "Oh, Battle Strikers are bigger! They have a motorized launcher! They're even STRONGER in a Beystadium because they can move around more! This isn't fair!"
Meanwhile, when Beyblade was slaughtering Battle Strikers for reasons that were just as "unfair" nobody was saying that. It's fairly obvious that people don't seem to care much about the facts and are just scared that someone may have finally made a better spinning top than Beyblade.
We will be addressing this ourselves soon ... expect to see an official video from us talking about this comparison. Stay tuned.

Can you use the new strikers without the boosters or do they need to have them to work? Also how do I edit my profile picture on my battle strike profile?

You need to use the Booster ... why would you not want to use one?

We wanted to take the brand in a certain direction. Those ones did not fit with the direction we want to go in. There is a chance we will add them to the website eventually, as obviously people are going to ask about them ...
We also did not want to release so many Strikers that it would be impossible to find them all.
I can say that Black Widow will be available through organized tournaments, sort of like Quetzalcoatl.
Also, there are no two-worded names, technically.

I can't find it and I don't have a problem with using boosters I just wanted to know why they have them and if they need to be used. I might get Raptor, Firehawk, and Sabertooth when I get enough money and they're at my local Target.

The Booster is sort of like the Track in MFB, except it doesn't change the height, just adds different performance attributes. Their names are Control, Stamina, and Balance; I hope I do not have to explain what each of those does.
