its storm bull actully xD i got a clear bull wheel in my random booster and since i dont realy like bull i thought id see what i could do with it to make me like it more,and i have like 4 storm wheels so it didnt matter to much using it

It's an emoticon. They are small gif animations that can be accessed from the side panel when ever you make a post.And that face really is horrible, it's just the box art!
Use something like [Image: picture2ay.png]
(Or for your coloration, [Image: picture3ub.png] would work better)

Well in all honesty, that is kind of what you should be aiming for with most custom paint jobs.
You should at least be aiming to keep the feel of it being a beyblade, or a part of the fan creations world.
The underworld customs I did for example, still feel like they could be beyblades, but incorporate a lot of the design and color pallets from the weapons used in the underworld films.
If I was going to do a Klonoa custom, I'd have gone for a blue wheel (with small yellow pacman circles on the circles that Dirge has put red stickers on), black and white track with a yellow bottom.
