You could check the Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos thread to see what you can make. Then tell us the combo here and we'll tell you how to refine it.

Just check competitive combos thread. You've got parts for 3 of the top teir attacks. Get some metal faces if you don't already have them.

stamina:earth aquario 100 wd top tier, even though burn is better
defence:earth aquario ed 145 wb ok,but outclassed
attack:pegasis 100 hf ok

Use Lightning L-Drago 100HF as it is. Pegasis works best at 145.

Flame Byxis 230WD on its own seems good, since it is for Stamina. You could always try Earth Bull 230WD as well. I am not sure any other parts except SD or WB would do much difference.
