Seriously, read the OP. The only thing Dark has been useful as is as a barely passable Defense Wheel, and even then, it's still very bad. That and it's fun to roll it down the street.
Also, a Metal Face + D-Series Bottom will likely cause an even greater loss in stamina.
Edit: It even says in the OP that one must provide a reason to the combo. "Because I think it's good" is not a viable reason at all.

Against WB it's possible. I've noticed that Galaxy does better above 125 rather than on low heights. However, at any height isn't not a great attack wheel. Maybe a little bit worse than storm.

Yeah it does much better on high heights which is obvious for its shape.
But those results are a bit larger than I'd get. probably 40-50% or so.

there are already better combos out there... flame is seriously outclassed for stamina.

A destabilizer is a mix of attack and stamina (definition in a tiny nutshell)

AS A NEW RULE, PLEASE TEST OUT A COMBO THAT HAS NO RESULTS BEFORE POSTING YOUR REQUEST. THIS WAY, WE WILL BE ABLE TO AVOID "SPAM" COMBO'S AND ENSURE THAT ALL BLADES WITH A REASONABLE EXPLANATION BEHIND IT GETS TESTED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

Hell Kerbecs BD145CS, Boost Mode VS MFH Basalt Bull/Aquario 230CS
CS's should be in good condition, Kerbecs should be launched aggressively, try to get some kind of flower pattern going. Launch Basalt as normal. Launch HARD for both, though. It can make a big difference.
I'm trying to find a reliable counter to MFH Basalt Bull/Aquario230CS that isn't too niche. This Hell combo beats most other popular combos, but I lack two good CS's to test, and with a worn one it seems pretty close, so yeah.
Basically, Hell kerbecs BD145MF is quite dangerous to that basalt combo, KO-ING it pretty easily. It's got a lot of weight, so basalt pushing down on it doesn't smash it into the ground. However, it cannot beat a good LTSC (Can beat a hasbro earth, but not TT mold 2). On CS, it can, but I'm not sure if it'll hold up against basalt so well, so I'd really like some proper results.
If I'm correct, though, this is a great combo, as it's not that troubled by attack, and does well vs LTSC's, 230, and yeah. If it does do well, then it needs testing vs Hell Kerbecs 230CS, too, but that's only if it can beat basalt reliably.
