Well, sorry to say it but you can't participate in this project. I'd check out the other "Project of the Moment" threads made by Kai-V and see if there is one that you can participate in.

There are no tournaments and bladers near me

There cannot be tournaments around you unless someone takes the initiative to host
oh BTW you are mistaken
I have around 9-11 bladers on my whatsapp group from Delhi and in the past few months many more people asked for tournaments on our WBO India FB page.
Few months back a guy from Delhi came to Mumbai for a beyblade tournament
he has a passport as well. If you read the Indian Tournament discussion thread you will find the whole discussion
