He must have modified it.

As far as I know, the only left launcher is the one that will be released with L Drago 105F.

You know, it occurs to me that it might not be that difficult of a mod to alter HMS Running Cores to fit MFB Wheels. At least the basic RC's, anyway. Not that I advocate illegal modification, but it might wind up being something that Takara-Tomy releases down the line, similar to when they released adapters for Crash Era B-Daman to allow one to place their Cartridge Era B-Daman parts on 'em.
