Well Raffles are close to gambling actually, In order toavoid legal troubles you'd have to get it approved by the goverment and the 98% of the money has to go to a non-profit organization. (I've looked up this stuff before XD)
You may think "Oh what about carnivals they have raffles" Well those are held by the state and are legal.

RE: [Washington Dc,USA] Fall Tournament - BDaichi - Jul. 18, 2010

For prizes we could just give out the hasbro blades and be lazy.
Also I will pm Kai-V or one of the high up mods to see how the beyblade passport work.
I dunno if we just send to one of them or use the money to actual buy the prizes.
Because truely the 'people' running the tournament shouldn't be losing money

RE: [Washington Dc,USA] Fall Tournament - Hov - Jul. 18, 2010

Well we have to right? We wanted to do this and this is the FIRST Bey tourney in the USA of 2010!

You I just realized the dates we have for really suck.
Time wise.
The October dates are all Fridays at 2 o clock.
Meaning school is still going on at those times lol.
And it will be imposable for people taking metro to make it.
I say a Saturday date

Yeah, Flame (The original person who made this thread) Had all the dates wrong and had Friday's or Sundays as dates.

The tournament is still in the proposal forum, I don't know when It will pass. It all depends on when the committee members get around to it
