I need something that can beat my friend's Earth Leone DF145WD. I already tried Earth Bull ED145SD.I have access to almost all Hasbro parts.

if you are using a hasbro stadium use earth bull 100 wd/sd, if using a tt stadium use lldrago 100 rf

I will try Earth bull with the 100 track, but already failed with the ldrago combo. Any other ideas? Maybe a really good stamina combo?

earth bull 100 wd/sd the best you will get
almost no stamina combo has beaten it

you can also try flame bull 100 semi-flat not sd, sf

just list all your beys and i will give you the best combos you have

Attack: Storm Pegasis 105RF (works decently uncustomized)
You can also try Rock Aries T125RF for attack, but it would be better with a Metal Face.

what should i replace fs with f or keep it fs (which has more stamina)
what should i replace gemios with bull or leone or keep it gemios [which is lighter (for stamina)]

Can you make a decent attack bey using Earth metal ring? I played around with Earth Eagle 100 and (the tip from L-Drago, I forgot the name), wondered if that's as good as it gets?

Earth is not good at all for attack from what I remember, it is mainly used in defense and stamina customs. Also, the tip you are thinking of is HF.
