Hamatora is like bungo same city with special abilities but they call it minimum powers they're also a detective agency different plot. 
Charlotte are people who only have powers till the end of adolescent but the powers are more of a nuisance the mc has a power, but he thought it was something else only taking over a body, but he can take powers which he didn't know.

The opening scene is a witch trial with a woman burning to death. There’s also a lot of detail on corpses and quite a bit of blood shed. Season 3 has 2 sex scenes (but it’s not that bad when compared to the blood shed). If you’re queasy at the sight of blood you might want to reconsider watching it, I mean the show is R rated for a reason
