Yeah it is omitting quite a few of the useful parts. But if someone needs Circle Upper it is an option. I am so glad I picked up mine when I did.

At first I was about to say 'damn I got screwed', but when I looked at the shipping I realized I only paid about $3.00 USD more for mine. Not great, but these days you never know when DEMS will come up.
Also anybody who does not have this blade needs to BUY it. Even if you have one, a spare is handy.

Because not even God almighty would never give us DEMS for only $5. There is always a catch my friend.
Even then $12-15 total (depending where you ship) is still a good deal.

The sad thing is I had so many of the valuable blades back in the day, but lost them all now. The stuff I was able to find was half a Driger MS AR (The Metal part) a circle heavy, and a dragoon BP. Not even a full blade.
Now I have to resort to paying $11 for blades when I was able to get them for like $5 from KB toys and such.

I am in the same boat. Im so mad I cant find a Dragoon MS for less then 50$.

Hence why we push so hard for members to adopt the new MFB system. A lot of really good blades don't offer good value per dollar anymore. Sure if you find a deal go for it, but the general trend for prices is up for old beyblades; there are not a lot of good reasons to plonk $50 USD and up + shipping for a single blade.

To be honest, the only thing keeping me from MFB is the look of them. And kind of wanting to attain a good HMS collection before moving on.
I just hate to watch MFB beybattles, especially from the side, as I depicted in another topic somewhere.
I just hope online stores will have the Hybrid Match Wheel set or whatever still available when I'm done collecting HMS.

You're going to need atleast $800 to get a really decent HMS collection, and lots of patience. Goodluck!
