No, I know what he means. I don't think it would ever reach a Ball like shape and certainly not a D shape but I've seen Flat bottoms that have warped a little and rounded at the edges.

am livin in saudi.. so i will never attend a wbo event. tbh i cant see why its illegal since it makes it close to a new RF not better than it.

Because you're still modifying a part.
parts getting worn is a natural part of the game, just because you don't like that your RF is worn, doesn't mean you can just hack away at it with a knife.
Also If you cut the tip off RF to make it flat again:
A) you're changing the parts movement patterns (It doesn't matter if that's how the part behaved previously, it's become worn now, so thats how its used)
B) You're making it shorter, thus modifying it and making it different from other RFs.
Saying that shouldn't be considered illegal is like me saying "Oh, my D bottom is worn down, I'll just use a knife and carve out the slopes so it's sharp again"
or "I don't want this F anymore, if I slightly cut the sides off I can make SF! It performs the exact same way as an SF does out of box, so it shouldn't be considered illegal"

It's illegal no matter how you spin it.
That being said I don't blame you for doing it since you're not exactly going to WBO events, and you want to actually be able to use your parts.

Well... My RF is moiderately worn and it is obviously slowing down but I dont see myself cutting it in the future. Im kind of like a collector pretty much with MFB but I play with them every once in a while.
I will definately not be going to events either... but I want to keep beys natural

I had my flash leopard AR with a 10 heavy and a flash leopard bottom but then on the outside i fit a hayate weight disk (idk what its called the circular one ) around the outside of the base. and AR and hayate weight disk snapped BOTH OF THEM!

LOL I havent broken any yet. But the worst ive done is a few scratches on my Master Dragoon. Also my Master Dragoon did an upper attack to my friends Dranzer i think it was and it ripped through the bottom of the Bey . The core and the base cracked .
