IDK when MakotoLee got the pic. Ok. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - TitaniumNinja74 - Jan. 26, 2022 It's just a rerelease of Storm, Legend, and Lord Spryzen, nothing new. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - p0l1w4g06 - Jan. 27, 2022 Makoto Lee found another one?! This time its Valtryek themed! RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - bblader/90 - Jan. 28, 2022 Hasbro kinda understood what is good and what is not, re-releasing switchstrike beys is the best idea Hasbro has come up with in a looooong time. Dual layers are welcome too. Rise, it depends on which ones they'll pick. Lord Spryzen and Sword Valtryek are not the best, but you know. The lack of single layers is pretty annoying, though. Or Turbo Spryzen S4 and Turbo Valtryek V3 with more details. That's what i think about these so far, with Spryzen and Valtryek lines. Maybe they'll go on with other lines, but honestly i don't know if other characters are going to be chosen. Valt and Shu are the top protagonists, it doesn't matter which role they're gonna play. I would like an Aiga box too (but this won't happen if Hasbro follows the dual layer-evolution-rise scheme) with Turbo Achilles, Union Achilles and if i have to choose between Z Achilles A4 and Infinite Achilles A6 the latter is probably what i'd pick. Of course with more details. Even if turbo and union are in pro series line too, i don't think somebody would be mad at Hasbro for this. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Howaitonekon - Jan. 30, 2022 Two things stuck in my mind: a) I still remember thinking "Man, Evolution SwitchStrike is so frickin' awesome, I love Hasbro for these releases" and then the day I saw the "Battle Tower" with no 3Hit, no Ultimate Reboot, no Star frame and no Strike God Chip and I was so nervous and worried and thought: "Pls don't mess up Beyblade again". Welp. b) One very(!) positive aspect about Hasbro: Packaging, not only the awesome designs, but also that there are no plastic bags with the newer Pro Series and QuadDrive releases. That is really great, especially since TT still has so, sooo much plastic waste. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - KinkoUsagi - Jan. 30, 2022 a) I understand people felt Battle Tower was a failure, but I like when Hasbro takes risks. I wish the execution for the set was done better (it really needed to be bigger) but the concept was fun for 4-on-4 battles. I'm hopeful they'll take another shot at the 2-level concept with better success, seeing how great (IMO) the Vortex Climb stadium was. b) That's very true (about the Hasbro packaging). It's always been a huge problem with TT and it's great to see Hasbro is taking the steps to be more eco-friendly. Makes for easy recycling, as well. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - originalzankye - Jan. 30, 2022 Wave 2 is already being found with someone reviewing Salvage. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - p0l1w4g06 - Jan. 31, 2022 I’m guessing I should leave this thread. As I’ve been put on a gag order by ****** to stop talking abt Hasbro beys. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - KinkoUsagi - Jan. 31, 2022 Hilarious that this person was complaining about this thread being overly negative and as soon as it shifts to a more positive conversation they bring it back to the drama. People are exhausting. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - p0l1w4g06 - Feb. 01, 2022 Well, at least if Over-Q is bad, The disc here can be a good replacement, right (in limited ofc, standard has too much power creep) RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - originalzankye - Feb. 01, 2022 For the new QD stuff with Katana and Cobra, Katana looks cool with the shape and design idk performance wise, Cobra has the defense attachment but it looks speedstorm semi flat which is odd. Hope the new stuff is good. Cause after all the disappointments with things like Salvage we really needed something good to begin with. Katana Muramasa got a lot of small details like for example those Japanese letters (if anyone noticed). I just wished they used a stronger gold. Vanish Cobra is also nice looking. You get Assault-Q and some other new parts, but we still have to wait and see on how they'll perform. It may be Wave 2's "salvage" from the abyss (pun intended). RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - originalzankye - Feb. 01, 2022 I also think to add with QD content a lot of drivers are hard to guess or the attachments without the app to give us the names what I think is a lot of the stuff is just hasbro exclusive parts made up for QD for the most part, what I am wondering now for Wave 3 onwards is what other shapes are they going to try and do with the stuff. I think their best bet is just doing Kick shaped attachments for the releases so they can be most effective in performance. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - DJCAT8608 - Feb. 01, 2022 I agree with this statement RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - KIO - Feb. 01, 2022 (Feb. 01, 2022 5:34 PM)originalzankye Wrote: Katana Muramasa seems to be a high point in QD. Fantastic release in my opinion, color scheme is great, paint work is acceptable, design is interesting. If Katana turns out to be competitive too, that'd just be the icing on the cake. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - BladerSpryzen - Feb. 01, 2022 Yep Cobra is literally renamed Hydrax. Why isn’t it called Hydrax why!? I promise the avatar is gonna get updated as well like what happened to magma. |
