Basara and his sister Hannah are going to and supposedly hunted mansion. Hannah is enjoyed it while Basara isn’t. Suddenly, a lever is palled and the duo fall down a pit. They arrive at room with a beystadium full of Bursted beys. There is Bell, who comes down from a platform shaped like the mouth of a monster. He calls himself a Demon King but he’s super short so he’s not intimidating. Bell challenges them to a bey battle. Basara accepts and pulls out Death Solomon.

Bell hears some people upstairs and pulls the lever, 3 other kids  join the group. Kenji, a student council president, and boys  who work for him. Bell snaps his finger and activates another pitfall. The 5 get to a room where they run away from a Boulder. Bell flies above them in a jet pack laughing, but it malfunctions and he also ends up having to run away. They finally get to battling, and Basara gets tricked into giving Solomon to Kenji so he can do the battle.

Turns out he just wanted the bey, and Basara is held back by the 2 boys. Bell antagonizes him to get him to have a match. Belial starts and high mode. It get knocked around a bunch but either tanks the hit or just rebounds and comes back un shaken. We get an awesome double spread with Belial’s avatar and Bell as Belial bursts Solomon. Bell gives the bey back, saying as the Demon King he already has Belial so he doesn’t need Basara’s bey. Hannah and Basara are relived cause it turns out Bell is a good kid at heart.

But suddenly, Bell speaks to a camera no one had noticed before. He was recording the battle and broadcasting it to everyone. He tells the bladers all over the world (he said he was broadcasting through a international channel) that he has the strongest Dynamite Bey on earth, and tells every to challenge him. Free, Lui, Ranzou, Shu, and Valt are watching him. Valt and Lui are amused, we can’t see Ranzou’s though, only his back.

This sounds pretty good as the start, i like how they use a new approach towards the new system in the story platform, usually it just
Valt: *makes new system valkyrie*
MC: "oh look a new System bey I gotta make my own of it"
So im very happy they went to that direction

Edit: forgot mention this but this season director is the same as sparking and GT so don't expect something like season 1&2 in story department and execution

You don't understand. The names were wrote out without it being in the Japanese way of writing. They didn't write Aoi Valt they wrote Valt Aoi.

I know which one your talking about. Cho-Z/Turbo is the absolute worst season of Burst. Bottom of the barrel. I'd definitely put GT/Rise above it. For a breakdown of why I place Turbo last I made a post about it in anime manga Random Thoughts.
