Without being installed, I've actually heard of Firaga and the other Bursts being the only thing that can hard-lock the game during certain effect-heavy fights/massive enemy crowds.

You know, I might just wait and see if Birth By Sleep is re-released with a potential "Kingdom Hearts-2.5 HD ReMIX". If they are going to end up doing that, it seems pretty likely that BBS would be included alongside Kingdom Hearts II.

That's a good idea. The textures and animation might be upgraded as well as the frame-rate issues. Plus, it'll also include the BBSFM content as well.

Reviving this as well as the Final Fantasy thread. E3 has finally revealed Kingdom Hearts 3 after so many years. Not much to show but at least we know it's on it's way at last.

The best way to beat him in my opinion is basically blocking his attacks and countering when he is doing his combo attack. From far away, when he throws his discs, you basically just dodge them or block them. Use deck command moves such as the Fire Whirlwind / Wheel? towards the end of a combo.
Be sure to have a few abilities such as Leaf Bracer, Second Chance or Once More available for you.

Fire Windmill. When he flips the screen lock on to him and use magic moves like Firaga, Fire and Pull off a few combos 'till he flips it again.

Kh is awesome yeah! I completed the lv1 challenge for DDD, BBS. I even beat julius, mysterious figure and vanitas lingering spririt at lv1. Im looking forward for KH3 and and i hope they make KH2.5 remix cuz i never played any FM games before.

I'm pretty new to the franchise, and got Kingdom Hearts 1.5 on the release date, and I'll probably get 2.5 as well since most people online and real life I've met that likes Kingdom Hearts like Kingdom Hearts 2, and Birth by Sleep the best. Though I will try to beat KH 1 before getting 2.5, but it's a bit boring where I'm currently at(Agrabah).

Before. It wouldn't make sense to release KH3 before KH2 Final Mix. People are predicting that KH3 will come out in 2015 and that seems to be true since a KH game is now made every year, and 2013's game was 1.5, and 2014's game is 2.5, and it would make sense for 2015 to be KH3.

Time to make a thread revival...So I've been playing a lot of the Kingdom Hearts series. And when I say a lot I mean A LOT. I beat 1, 2, and I'm almost finished with Birth By Sleep and Dream Drop Distance. This almost makes me want to change my username back to Keyblader....But anyways, after I beat KH2 on the HD 2.5 Remix I decided that Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix is my favorite video game of all time. I just love everything about the game. The story, the characters, the gameplay, all amazing. And I can't wait to see what Kingdom Hearts 3 is going to bring to the table. So, rather than making a new thread on KH3. I decided just to revive the old one.

Zanny here and it's literally been such a long time since I started this thread. Looking back on my first few posts have made me so red with embarassment and not want to face anyone but I still so love Kingdom Hearts to this day on despite all its flaws and I'd love to have a deeper discussion and keep people up with news if they would like.
So, I hope this will become a better thread than it was when it started out and that we can have fun talking about KH news once again!
