RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Ash - Mar. 30, 2009 No,unless there is a mix up and the tournament is outside (I think XD) RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Blitz - Mar. 30, 2009 I don't think we are allowed to sell them inside the Expo, We would have to pay £250 for a stall But I'm sure I could bring some along and could sell them outside the Expo. I can't see there being enough free space to run a tournament inside the actual expo hall, there's barely enough free space to sit down in there if you get tired, so my guess would have been out the front area providing the weathers good. If not the far end of the food court is always abandoned, everyone just goes out the front and forgets the backs there. RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Ash - Mar. 30, 2009 I dont think the tournament will be outside if we booked a place :\ Or even tried to book a place (I dunno) RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Blitz - Mar. 30, 2009 I haven't been to the Expo before so I don't know the layout or anything, But I'm sure someone said it would be inside... Well I'm hoping it will be. Can I get my dark wolf of you on the day outside then? How much would it be anyway? RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Rocky - Mar. 30, 2009 I think the plan was t o ask the Expo for some space for the tourney inside but not an actual stall so we wouldn't pay for it (like they have the sections for Yu-Gi-Oh competitions and such). Espio started talking to them about it but I don't know if anything happened in the end. If it turns out we can't then I guess it'll be outside. Either way, some people may be selling things (outside) but it probably won't be too much. If someone ewants a specific blade it may be best to specify beforehand. And Blitz, the layout changes a little each year but it's more-or-less the same and it's pretty straightforward. I can scan in a map when I get home if people are interested. ^^; RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Blitz - Mar. 30, 2009 (Mar. 30, 2009 4:11 PM)Rocky Wrote: And Blitz, the layout changes a little each year but it's more-or-less the same and it's pretty straightforward. The open areas tend to be around wherever the robot wars section, or drawing table is operating. RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Zander Soulwind - Mar. 30, 2009 A map does help though I just go with the flow. Also, it wouldn't be so bad if it is outside as long as it is not raining or anything. RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Neeek - Mar. 30, 2009 The expo isn't big enough to get lost in, it's pretty easy to navigate. England HAS had some weeks where it was boiling this month - so hopefully that will happen again on May 23 and 24 RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Zander Soulwind - Mar. 30, 2009 Yes, hopefully it will be like that. RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Rocky - Mar. 30, 2009 Okay, this is actually the map from May....I can only find the Gamers Guide from October (I tried to find it but I ended up uncovering a plastic winder, launcher and grip instead so I'm happy ). Still, From looking at this I think I can safely say that not all that much has changed. Despite Octobers actualy being in a different room, the shops were in much the same place, so was the theatre, the manga alley and DDR machines.......some things have changed but they're at least in the same area. Dieddead, if you have Octobers map maybe you can give a better comparison? I imagine it won't change much either this year though.....any large changes would be because the size of the fandom has changed greatly in the last few years. :3 [Image: expomapmay08.jpg] RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Ash - Mar. 30, 2009 (Mar. 30, 2009 7:03 PM)Rocky Wrote: Okay, this is actually the map from May....I can only find the Gamers Guide from October (I tried to find it but I ended up uncovering a plastic winder, launcher and grip instead so I'm happy ). The theatre on the older map was on the other side, and like I said before, it's the back section, anything past the avenue that's shifted quite a bit since the old days. Definitely looking forward to this though! RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Zander Soulwind - Mar. 31, 2009 (Mar. 30, 2009 9:53 PM)Rocky Wrote: Ah, I wouldn't know.
